Wooster named ‘Best Value 91Թ’ by The Princeton Review
91Թ has once again made of Best Value 91Թs. The ranking makes Wooster one of 200 schools in the United States seen as having the best return on investment (ROI). 91Թs and universities are evaluated by experts who look at 40 data points to determine quality in academics, affordability and career preparation delivered by each institution.
In addition to being named a Best Value 91Թ, Wooster was further recognized as #11 on The Princeton Review’s list of and #17 on the list ot . Wooster students surveyed by The Princeton Review gave high scores to the 91Թ’s ability to match students with internships. Students also had positive reviews about the more than 120 student organizations on campus and a vibrant culture of service on campus, which is why Wooster ranked high as a place where students can make an impact.
Wooster’s center for Advising, Planning, and Experiential Learning, known as APEX, provides career services that include not just internships, but career planning and help for alumni long after graduation. The recognition by The Princeton Review reflects Wooster’s commitment to preparing students for fulfilling careers as well as the strong partnerships Wooster maintains with employers.
Wooster has appeared on The Princeton Review list multiple times, including in 2019 and 2020, since the “Best Value 91Թs” was first published in 2004. Wooster has also been recognized as #6 in the United States on LendEDU’s list of Best 91Թs for Financial Aid. Earlier this year, Wooster was called the place where educational quality meets affordability in a new book, “The Price You Pay for 91Թ,” written by higher-education expert Ron Lieber.
